All pattern downloads on this site are non-returnable. Please ensure that you are purchasing the right format for your system prior to completing your order.
If you are experiencing any problems with how your file runs once it has been downloaded please contact us for help. We will work with you to make sure your file is operating properly for your system.

Shipping for CD purchases
If you purchase a backup CD of your files the shipping cost is included in the price.
